I am back today with some more inspiration featuring the Scraps of Elegance Birds of a Feather kit.
This is a pretty good close up of the mixed media work I did. Stencils and mists were from my stash but I did use the awesome 49 and Market Script Squared stamp from the Elements add-on.
I enjoy showing you all the dimension created by the elements used on my projects! I love getting all the add-ons and having plenty of options on my projects!
Here is a photo of this month's Kit. Last time I checked there was at least one available. Better hurry on over to the STORE if you want to snag one!
Thanks for coming by today!
See you next time.

For
this layout, I combined roses and leaves patterns and added the
gorgeous chipboard piece from the Elements add-on.I simply colored it
with Copic markers and then dabbed a bit of white.
This
piece of Prima MetalWare, also from the Elements add-on,was the perfect
addition to my page amid gorgeous roses from the Floral Add-On.
I added some stenciling on my backgroundand used many of the butterfly die cuts and chipboard shapes.
This picture was taken almost 10 years ago, near this time of year. How time flies!
Here
is the 'Birds of a Feather' kit and the add-on kits, with which I've
created this layout and the other projects I will be sharing with you.

Hello, scrappy peeps!
I hope you're having a good week.
Sandi
here with you, sharing my next project using the June Scraps of Elegance
Kit "Birds of a Feather." And of course, lots of the add-ons!
"Remember"
This is my granddaughter, MacKayla. My photos unfortunately don't capture how pretty this layout is in real life. It has lots of dimension and interest as well as a fair amount of sparkle.
I used the BoBunny Serendipity Love as my base and layered it with some punched Aviary Paper from the same collection. After doing my background mixed media work, I layered Branches and Treetops under my photo.

The Blue Fern Studios Curling Corner chipboard piece is from the Elements add-on and was heat embossed with the Blue Fern Studios Summer Breeze embossing powder
from the Color add-on. I've used lots of blooms from the Main Kit as
well as from the Floral add-on. Coordinating chipboard and ephemera were
tucked in randomly here and there.

You can see I let loose and had some splatter fun on this one!
My photos are less than stellar this time. I am having computer issues which are causing me a few hurdles this week.
