That's right, it's time to announce our 2016 Design Team!
Before I do that, I just wanted to thank each and every one of you that put in applications. You all have so much talent, and we loved seeing your work. We wish we could have included everyone that applied on our team, but unfortunately, we only had a few spots available. I just want you to know that I was humbled by all the amazing artists that applied, and thank you all for submitting applications during our call.
And now I'd like to introduce you to our new team, I'll introduce our newest designers first, and include our returning designers after that. If you click on the designer's name, it will take you to her blog, be sure to hit that "follow" button when you get there, you won't want to miss a single project!

My name is Annie Carignan, better known as Belle a cropper in the Scrapbooking World. I am from a small town close to Montreal, in Quebec, Canada, so yes, I speak French! I am married with two beautiful children who are really the source of my inspiration. I have been scrapbooking since 2006 and never stopped. My style and interests have changed over the years but some things always remain : the softness and romance in my work (that is how people define my style). I look forward to share my art with you. I love making layouts, Art Journaling, canvases, cards etc. etc.
Being a Design Team Member with Scraps of Elegance has been a dream of mine for quite some time and I cannot believe it is coming true ! Thank you for this incredible opportunity, I look forward to getting to know all of you, Designers and Club Members.
Hello! My name is Daria, nick is Dashiki. I live in Russia, in a small town, I'm married and I have a son. Scrapbooking exists in my life for more than four years and I really love it. Most of all I like to do layouts and canvases. And I like to share knowledge and do tutorials for my scrapfriends. I am very pleased to be part of such a blog like this. This is a great honor for me.
I'm Nicole from Canada's beautiful East coast! I share my home with my fiance Yves and our fur baby Sugar the cat. I love reading, music (yes! I do sing in the shower sometimes!), social game nights with friends, road trips and spending as much time in my scrap room as I can! I have a shabby chic romantic style and I love to dabble with mixed media techniques. I started scrapbooking in 2004, starting blogging about it in 2011 and it has been a marvelous adventure ever since! I am thrilled to join the amazing Scraps of Elegance Design Team!

My name´s Denisa Gryczova. I´m 40 year old mixed media enthusiast. I´ve been working as a primary teacher in The Czech Republic. I´m a proud mum of three wonderful kids. Scrapbooking and mixed media have been my life passion for three years and nothing´s gonna change this :) I also love peace and quiet (after a long day at school :)), dogs, dark chocolate, red wine and good music. Mostly I create art journal spreads, layouts, tags, atc´s, altered objects, cards and albums. My motto is: A day without creating is no good:)
Hello everyone! My name is Ekaterina Antipova. I live in Moscow, Russia. I am a happilly married mum of two sons and one little princess. I started scrapbooking in 2012. I like to experiment with new supplies and techniques and I love to create layouts, card, canvas and mini-albums. I am inspired by many things around me: children, supplies, nature and etc. I am very happy to be a part of Scraps of Darkness DT.
My name is Tatiana Yemelyanenko, I'm from Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine. I worked at the University but now I'm a stay-at-home mom to one little girl. I fell in love with scrapbooking and mixed media in the end of 2011. I love that scrapbooking helps me to capture the moments of my life and brings creativity in ordinary days. I like to experiment with different styles and techniques and use chipboard, mists, paints, texture pastes and stencils in my projects. Also I love paper. Very often it's my source of inspiration. I think that my style is feminine light mixed media.
And we have a longtime friend joining our team for 2016! Monica will be creating beautiful projects with the products we carry in the store, because after all, we are more than just a kit club...
Hi I'm Monica aka mmlsweet. I live in the wonderful Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas. I am blessed with a totally fabulous son, David. We also have our fur babies King George the pug, and 3 corgi mixes. I love scrapbooking. I love trying new techniques and products and sharing that with others. I am blown away with the talent here and am so humbled and honored to able to join the team. I am so excited! I can't wait to share with you the awesomeness of these clubs.
I am sure you will know the following ladies, as some have been designing here for the last year, and some for many more than that!

And sadly, mixed in with the joy of getting to know our new designers, we also have to say goodbye to some ladies that we have both worked with and become friends with. I'd like to send a heartfelt thank you to these wonderful ladies that are leaving us, for your friendship, hard work, and beautiful projects. Happily, I know we will still see you in the "scrappy" world, and will continue to follow your gorgeous work...
