Weekend inspiration!

Good morning!

Kathy has been hard at work with the new Scraps Of Darkness
'An Ocean's Tale' kit!

The background paper is from Kaisercraft's "Mermaid Tails" collection.   She cut various strips of paper from the Main Kit and Coordinating Paper Add-On 1 1/2" wide by 6 inches long and staggered them across the page.  Next, she stamped around the strips with a bubble looking stamp and matted the photos with another Kaisercraft paper from the Add-On.

She used some Blue Fern Studio chipboard that came in a previous kit to look like bubbles coming up from the water that she painted with Lumiere silver metallic paint.  She sprinkled those sweet Prills which came in the Creativity Add-On and also popped in some jewels from her stash.  There are 3 round word sayings which she painted yellow and glued to the silver chipboard.
Under the far right photo she used a chipboard tag from G45 that came in the Elements Add-on.  Underneath it she used a Tim Holtz clasp and chain to hook onto the anchor.

She cut out an image from the G45 paper, edged it with some periwinkle lace which came in last month's kit.  She cut up a phrase that was in the selvage of one of the Kaisercraft papers.  Then  created a little flower cluster using yellow burlap roses from the Floral Add-on.   The tiny little flowers in the right corner of the image are included in the Floral Add-On.
She had in her stash this little chipboard turtle that she painted him in 2 different colors using the Lumiere "Citrine" and "Halo Blue Gold" which is in the creativity Add-On.  She glued another one of the sweet flowers from the Floral Add-On onto his back.  Then  sprinkled lots more of the Prills around him to look like bubbles created when he is swimming to the surface.
