Mixed Media Monday!

Good morning everyone!

It's Monday which means - It's Mixed Media Monday!

First up is Wilma with a stunning creation using the Scraps Of Darkness 'Tracey's Artful Adventure' kit.

For the background she used the BoBunny Penny Emporium papers from the kit.
But she kept I keep adding medium and color and gesso!
She wanted the texture to have movement and flow
So she used a pallet knife to add the gesso, then she put beads in it when it was still wet.

The lace, most of the flowers and BoBunny paper diecut are from the kit.

Next up is the super talented Lisa N with an amazing layout using the same SOD kit.

Lisa loves the grungy feel of the BoBunny & Kaisercraft papers!

This is the Blue Fern Timeless Floral Corner from the Elements Add On. She primed it with gesso then painted on some Lindys "Silhouette Silver" (found in the color add on)  and then embossed with Stampedous Encrusted Jewels in purple (found in theCreativity add on)

In the Elements add on are metal wings from Prima / Finnabair that she used several alcohol inks on.

The background work is composed of stamping along with some paint work with Lindy's Magicals in Cowabunga Copper from the main kit.

Now I wanted to share a couple of layouts using the Scraps Of Elegance kit

This mixed media beauty was created by Anna....

For this layout, Anna chose the 'Lovely Flowers' and 'Sensibility' papers from Prima 'Debutante' collection from the main kit.

Here are a few details

and the final project today is this beautiful creation from Lisa Griffith, who also used the Patricia's Memoirs kit.

The BoBunny collection 'Juliet' was perfect for her vintage photos of the beautiful Romanov princesses. She did a lot of masking in the background, used the Prima stamps that came with the kit, and then built up some layers with the 'Juliet' papers, pink flowers and some blue and pink mists.
Here are some close ups...

She colored one of the white paper Marion Smith flowers from the kit
with blue ink to match.

Thanks for stopping by!
