Two Shabby layouts from Laura

Hi everyone!  Laura here and I really do think I am a lucky lady!

I have a wonderful family I love with all my heart, a talented niece that photographs us every year (you can find her site here) I am on a fabulous scrapbooking team that has amazing kits every month full of great stuff!

The Blue Fern papers in this months kit were perfect for the fall photos we had done!

I created a cluster using the yummy 49 and market flowers from this months kit and floral add on, added some flowers from previous kits and some wonderful petaloo leaves also from a previous kit.

One of my favorite things to do in scrapbooking is layering and these papers are perfect!

I cut out a title from one of the papers and added a super sweet and glittery butterfly that was included with the flowers

The 'Our Story' kit from Scraps Of Darkness is perfect for celebrating how much I love my hubby!

I used the fabulous Prima papers from the kit for the background!

I used flowers from the floral add on and some from previous kits

The kaisercraft chipboard letters are from the main kit.  I inked them with the Prima Chocolate Color Philosophy Stackable Magnetic Ink Pad then painted them with the Art-C Metallic Antique Copper Heavy Body Acrylic Paint Tube both from the color add on.  The doilies I sprayed with
Lindy's Stamp Gang Cocoa Bean Copper Starburst Mist also from the color add on and mists from previous kits.

In the elements add on is a fabulous Couture Creations Anna Griffin Botanical Damask 8x8 Stencil that I used with texture paste that I colored with the Lindy's Stamp Gang Milk Chocolate Magical Shimmer Powder from the main kit and embossing powder from a previous kit.
