It's a canvas type of day

Good morning!
Today I get to share two amazing canvas altered by two fabulously talented ladies!
First up is this gorgeous mixed media canvas from Wilma created using the Scraps Of Darkness kit
'Wilma's Winter Wishes'

This is a 5x7 canvas she made for our canvas swap in the community

She started with the combo stickers which were in the kit.
Than added gesso with a stencil, very rough, just to get some texture.  The next step was adding mist, after that drys some inka gold and and she altered one of the flowers , made it smaller and two colors spray.
The wings from the kit were white, she added some beads for texture and painted them brown.

On this canvas, She used a vintage photo with a range of embellishments, flowers, resin, chipboard, branches, and beads, all in a Christmas combo, red, gold and green. She started working on her canvas with a collage of paper around the photo, then added some tags from the 'Christmas Carol' collection from Graphic45, and used a small label 'JOY' from the same sheet for her title.

She covered the canvas with flowers, chipboard, golden beads and coppery brown. On gold beads, she accentuated the gilding effect with Finnabairs mica powder Opal Gold, mixed with gel medium. This color is beautiful, soft and pearly.
Thanks for stopping by!
