Our May Kit Reveal

When I first saw the warm sunny papers in Prima's Sun Kiss collection, the first thing that popped into my mind was the song from Seals and Crofts - Summer Breeze (yes, I am dating myself, lol - some of you may be too young to even know the song I am talking about!).

So with that, we bring you our May kit...

Summer Breeze

We've matched up the papers and sweet embellishments from Prima's Sun Kiss line with the warm browns of Simple Stories' Documented collection, and some fun summery papers from Little Yellow Bicycle's Paradise collection, and added a little fun and whimsy from Maya Road and more.  We hope this kit will put you in the summer spirit and get you scrapping all those fun sunny day pics you put aside during the chilly months of winter!

You can see the full list of kit ingredients on our website, along with the unique and fun kit add ons we have available.  I did want to share one of these add ons with you here, as we have a very special Color Add On this month.  I'm sure you've seen that each month we offer a Color Add On, consisting of mists, paints, masks, stamps, and so on to help you customize your layouts and projects.  This month we've taken it in a bit of a different direction - we want to see you color the metal you use on your projects!

Ranger, the leader in color products for the scrapbooking industry, has joined Vintaj, a top notch company in the jewelry trade, to offer Vintaj Patina colors - gorgeous colors to customize metal items.  We've put together a fabulous metal coloring add on to get you started with this fun new technique!

And as always, I can't do the kit reveal without sharing the newest sketch from Suepup, created for our kit, but available for you to use with any supplies you desire.  We hope you'll find inspiration and create something you love with it!

I'll end this post with a little bit of the gorgeous-ness our Design Team Created with this month's sketch...
