This weeks LOTW was picked by Celina. Her favorite was a layout by Smashley aka Ashley called "Love". Celina chose this layout because Ashley used the bold steampunk kit to create a beautiful soft layout. The photo is beautiful and the lovely cursive title adds a very romantic touch.
