2 Page Halloween layout!

Good morning!

 I do not normally create 2 page layouts but I thought it would be fun to with the awesome Haunted kit from Scraps Of Darkness!

This is my boys when they were younger....

I LOVE the Bo Bunny Simply Wicked papers....

I did a punch of layering with the papers and some of the gorgeous ribbon that was in the main kit!

I used a bunch of the journaling cards to create a cluster of embellishments

the other side....

 The 'cursed' paper is awesome! and I cut up the creepy paper to add some visual interest

Pretty Lady with Nicole

Good morning!

The Scraps Of Elegance 'Petals' Kit is full of beautiful colors and Nicole has created a stunning layout....

The word 'Pretty' inspired her to scrap a lovely photo of my mom when she was a young lady.  She added the word to my title, using orange Thickers that she whitewashed to make them look peachy.

She added a pleated paper border along the right edge. It was orange and didn't match her page so she whitewashed it too to make it go along with the rest of her products.

Fall layout from Tatiana....

Good morning!

I am going to brighten up your morning today with a gorgeous layout from Tatiana using the haunted kit!

Frames were cut from patterned paper.

Chipboard was covered with Ranger embossing powder.

She also added feather from the main kit.

Mixed Media Monday - 11.14.16

Good morning!

I look forward to our mixed media Monday posts...always full of awesome projects!

Lisa Griffith....

Lisa tore up some of the papers and created some layers in the background with lots of bits of paper and heavy white gesso. She added a big dramatic chipboard swirl, lots of yummy Prima flowers from the Floral Add On and then finished it all off with some inks.

A few details:

This time she used a lot of stamping images. She stamped on craft, cork, vellum and watercolor paper. Also she used frames, which were cut from one of the paper included in the main kit.

 

 

 

She colored the pumpkin using Lindy's embossing powders (orange included in the main kit). She added a little bit of color to a black flower using Lindy's Magicals. Black sequin are from ribbon included in the Elements Add On.

 

 

She also used tag and sequins from September kit, orange glitter from August kit, microbeads and foil rubbons from other previous kits.

More eerie goodies!

Hi! 

So when I received the awesome Halloween kit from Scraps Of Darkness called 'Haunted' I was so very excited!

My first layout is of the boys when they were little carving their pumpkins!

I used a mixture of papers from Bo Bunny, Authentique and Simple Stories

This cool title is from Bo Bunny!

I inked the chipboard with Staz on ink from a previous kit, used the Lindy's Stamp Gang Jack-O-Lantern Orange Embossing Powder and the Tim Holtz Peeled Paint & Walnut Stain Distress Crayons.

The next layout I used the Bo Bunny Wonderfully Wicked papers to scrapbook this spooky photo of Cody!

The papers fit the eerie photo perfectly

I created layers with papers, cheese cloth, and die cuts

I added these Solid Oak Inc. Steampunk Accents Dragon Eyes from the elements add on to the die cut skull

The wicked web is from Blue Fern in the  elements add on.  I embossed it then added a chipboard spider also from the elements add on

I added some grey seed beads to the Kaisercraft Black Paper Blooms to make them more spooky.
