My Debut on SOD Team!

This is my first month on the Scraps Of Darkness Team and
I was so excited to create with this awesome kit!

My first project

I wanted to use the opposite side of the chalkboard papers!  When I saw them,
they screamed beach layout!
I used lots of gesso on this one!  I edges all of my papers, the flowers and vine die cut, the Webster Pages cameo and my cardboard!

I 'fluffed' up the ribbon to add dimension

I used lots of layers!

I made this flower using the paper bag that Melinda puts the kits and add ons into
along with the mist from the color add on!

see the ribbon does add lots of dimension!

My next project was super fun!  I got to use some mixed media supplies!

I used a stencil I had and gel medium, allowed it to dry then added the Heidi Swapp mists in Primrose and Tropicana Teal heat set it then dry brushed with a little gesso!

I tucked the beautiful pin by Craftysprinkles - created just for our The Black Album kit in the prima vine I had in my stash

a bit more of the detail!

My last project I want to share is a mini labum I made for my inlaws of a family photo shoot we recently did!

I used the Prima - IOD Everyday Vintage Collection Chalkboard Cards that are in the embellishment add on as a base for each one of the pages.  I also used teh Websters Pages cameo's & trim!

I fussy cutted a lot of the papers too!

Its a pretty thick mini!

Thanks for stopping by and i hope you have found some inspiration!
