Blushing Beauties....

Good morning!
In our January SOD Beloved kit there is a Blue Fern Chipboard piece 'Blushing Beauty' (you can also find it in our store).
Today I wanted to feature how our talented design Team Members used it

First up is this gorgeous Vintage mixed media piece from Denisa!

This time she had fun with awesome paper from 45Graphic Mon Amour Collection. She applied a thin layer of clear gesso and then a thick coat of white gesso here and there. Next she used some of her favorite mists and sprays to add some color.
She  applied texture paste and white embossing paste with a stencil, then did some random stamping. She started to build up the cluster using a vintage pic and some paper bits.
She altered the 'Blushing Beauty' so it said just 'Beauty' and used the 'B' from Blushing in the cluster

Next up we have a stunning layout from Tatiana

She used the Graphic45 Mon Amour One and Only paper as her base, and fussy cut images from the BoBunny papers in the kit. In this photo she decided to make at least one page on how Nastia in the form of modern Little Red Riding Hood, sat down on the bench and decided to try a pie, who was carrying it to her grandmother and the wolf immediately scolds her for it :).

She altered the 'Blushing Beauty' chipboard to match the red in Nastia's dress.

Next we have this beautiful layout from Kathy

She chose Kaisercraft’s Ma Cherie Beauty paper for the background which was included in the Main Kit.  First she used a Prima Stencil to focus on the center of the page.  Then she splattered Dylusion’s “White Linen” ink spray.  She also used Lindy’s “Ramblin Rose Pink” to make more spatters and lightly rubbed some of the white ink around the edges of the first mat.

She cut out a border strip from the Graphic 45 paper included in the Main Kit and placed it along the left side.  She used another G45 peach paper as the first mat, and added another piece of the background paper.  She die cut an elegant frame from the “Ma Cherie” paper and centered the photo under it.
She used a piece of lace and glued it around the peach photo mat.

She adhered several pieces of lace, pearls, and rhinestones at varying lengths on the top and bottom of the mat, then sprinkled Ice Enamels’ German Glass Glitter in two colors that were included in a previous kit (and also available in our store).

She fussy cut a lady from one of the Graphic 45 papers included in the Main Kit.  She created a flower cluster using flowers from the Main Kit and the Floral Add and one from her stash.  She heat embossed 2 chipboard leaf branches and tucked them in at the bottom of the cluster.  She also used a Santoro Willow Button that came with the Creativity Add On (and also available in our store) on the left side along with some little touches of lace.  Next she created a bow out of the pearls and glued a bigger pearl from the Main Kit in the center.  Last, she glued two pieces of Webster’s Pages Dazzle Me Gems from an old SOD kit at the top and bottom of the photo.

She used the Blue Fern Studio chipboard 'Blushing Beauty' for her title.  She gessoed it first and then heat embossed it.  Love how it turned out.

There you go....three different ways our talented DT used the Blue Fern Chipboard!
