Good morning everyone!
I thought today I would bring you some weekend inspiration using lots of luscious layers!
First up we have Tracey Gregory with this beautiful layout
about her son at the ball using the Scraps Of Darkness kit
and here are a few of her lovely details
Next up is Kathy with another beautiful wintery layout
where she layered many papers but also wonderful elements!
She created this also using the 'Wilma's Winter Wishes' kit
For
the background she used the Bo Bunny paper included in the Coordinating Paper Add-On, distressed the edges, and stamped around the area for the
photo and also added some white splatters to mimic snow using
watered-down gesso.
She used the large silver snowflakes from her stash and some lace flowers that were included in the November Scraps of Elegance Elements Add-On kit, along with some lace across the bottom of the photo. In the center of the lace flower she used another flower that came from the Floral Add-On.

She cut a doily from a Prima die, cut it in half and placed on both sides of the photo.
She created a flower cluster at the bottom left of the photo. First she cut a holly flourish, then layered various flowers. She used the large poinsettia flower trimmed with silver that was part of the Floral Add-On and also used the Petaloo Botanica white flower which was also part of the Floral Add-On and the silver flowers were from previous kits.
To create the cluster at the top left she first cut 2 flourishes with the die included in the Elements Add-On. Then adhered two silvery flowers (from older kits) and the Christmas Tree, which came from the Scraps of Elegance December Creativity Add-On.
and finally I get tos hare one of mine also created with the Scraps Of Darkness
Wilma's Winter Wishes kit
The boys were out building snow men with their dad when I snapped a few photos. Cody has a wicked sense of humor and thought that his snowman could 'use a cold one' lol
I used the Bo Bunny white out papers that were in the kit. I love the sparkle they add!
I made 'snow' my mixing molding paste, gesso and the Opal Gold mica powder from the Scraps Of Elegance color add on. I 'painted' the snow on the flowers to tone down the color a bit but added just a touch of glitter to make them shimmer a little more.

She used gel medium to sprinkle some silver microbeads in several places
around the layout and used 3 florescent glitter snowflakes that
were included in the Creativity Add-On.

In the elements add on were the BO Bunny cardstock stickers
I cut apart the large snowflake and used
it in two different places on my layout. I also accented the snowflake
with the soft blue ZVA creative self adhesive crystals - also from the elements add on.
I fussy cut a strip of 'tickets' from one of the papers.
