Mixed Media Monday!!!!

Good morning!

I really love how mixed media combines textures and colors!

Here is a wonderful example by Stephanie using

the Scraps Of Elegance 

'Silver Bells' kit

She was inspired by a suggested words (Time):
A few words written on the chipboard on the left side: She used the sticker words of the 'Soulmates' collection from 7 Dots Studio "After all these years, love you soooo much ..."

For this page, She worked with the main kit, with Graphic45 papers, with 'Christmas Carol' collection ; AUTHENTIC papers, with 'Tidings' collection ; and PRIMA papers, with 'A Victorian Christmas' collection, She also used the color add-on with the use of Mica powder included in the kit, with  Art Finnabair Ingredients Mica Powder - Opal Gold and many flowers from the flower add-on.  She decided to place her picture on the right side of the page, then worked around it with inks, and have created a group of embellishments on a corner of the photo.  She also used a compass mask  and applied the Glass Bead Glitter Gel, mixed with mica powder.
