Holiday layouts With Kathy & Tracey

Good morning!

Today I am going to share a couple of beautiful and joyous
layouts - perfect for the Christmas season!

This first one is from Kathy using the Scraps Of Darkness

She started by ripping one side of the BoBunny Sleigh Ride paper included in the Coordinating Paper Add On, inked the edges to make it look worn, then adhered it to the BoBunny Sleigh Ride Logs paper from the main kit. She then distressed the edges and glued it down to the My Colors Snowbound cardstock which is included in the Cardstock Add-On.

She layered her photo with 4 separate mats.  The Sleigh Ride Magic paper in the Coordinating Paper Add On has the little ATCs size pictures...she used the one with a window frame to make the photo look like it was taken from the inside looking out.
She layered 2 large snowflakes and burlap stars and then added the BoBunny chipboard snowflakes on top (from the main kit).  She used embossing powder from a previous kit on the chipboard.

She used Cosmo Cricket's Wood Charms “Happy Holidays” from our store on the photo and chipboard.  It was also included in an older kit.

She created a sweet collage of gold leaves and a pinecone with little red berries and some berry bunches.  The Prima Victorian Christmas leaves and berries are included in December’s Scraps of Elegance Elements Add OnShe placed a little twine bow behind the pinecone to add texture.

She fussy cut the little girl from an Authentique Glistening collection paper from our store, and added cheesecloth at her feet to mimic snow.  The gold bits in the cheesecloth were cut off from the back of one of the pinecones (to make them lay flat).

She adhered three of the Rusty Tin-tique stars from the main kit onto the little tree.

She created another pinecone cluster at the top of the left hand side.  Before gluing them down, she used the Crafter's Workshop Pinecones stencil included in the Main Kit which also has this sweet evergreen bough on the stencil.  The brown branches underneath were from last year’s kit.

Next, we have this jubilant celebration of Christmas layout from Tracey Gregory, who also used our 'Wilma's Winter Wishes' kit.

Tracey's beautiful daughter played Mary in a living nativity.
Here are some of her gorgeous details

Thank you so much for stopping by!
This will be my last post until after Christmas
so from our house to yours
