Prima Frameworks Birdcage Tutorial

Good morning, we have a wonderful new tutorial today:

 Our April Scraps of Darkness Creativity Add On included Prima's gorgeous Frameworks Birdcage (small), and Tanya has created this stunning DIY home decor piece with it.
