Off The Page Tutorial: LOVE Letters

Good morning, today we have a wonderful new video tutorial by Tracey.

If you subscribe to our Scraps of Elegance kits, you know we offered a new Add On beginning with the February kit. It's called the OTP Add On, and each month, it will simply consist of one alterable off the page item.  This month it was Papermania's 3-D letters (L-O-V-E), and Trace has turned these plain letters:

into the gorgeousness above.
